At Yakups, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom vertical rack purchase. If your gear doesn't fit your adventure needs, we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team at www.Yakups.com with your order number to start the process.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your rack components in the original shipping materials to ensure no damage occurs during the return transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned vertical rack, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
